I agree with a lot of what you've said and what Faina has said. There are a few people on the international forums that find it difficult to interpret another's intention and end up talking shit about the other person simply because they misunderstood them. There are also other people who like to lick ass and can't think for themselves and blindly follow another persons argument, regardless of whether they think they're right or not - simply because they're friends. The thing I personally find very annoying is I don't feel the international community is receiving enough attention for the high-ranking staff. None of the English staff actually have proper authority and can't make real verdicts on their own accord. I've also noticed a lot I threads being instantly closed before anyone can reply to it which bothers me somewhat because I feel that I have useful insight to the problem, but the only way I can share anything is by opening a new thread altogether which I think would just annoy the staff. Despite this, I think there's been A LOT of good progress recently. P.S the reason some people are mad is because the arena season was technically supposed to end 2 months ago but was delayed because of win traders at the start of the season supposedly. I don't think anyone here understands what you're trying to say or maybe I've misinterpreted your problem. If you're saying that when you fear, the enemy appears to be running but when you go to where he appears, you're out of range of attack. This is because you have to attack from the place that you had used fear on them. It has happened to me occasionally and the reason that I thought you're talking about this is because asphyxiate used to render the enemy as airborne hence, out of range of attack. I also have this problem, so my advice for you would be try standing between the point they were feared and the point that they seem they are running (enough so that you're in range of attacking both) and try to use abilities while facing the point that they were feared ... if that makes sense.

I suppose you could try and appeal for the realm to become classified has a high populated realm. This will reduce the respawn time.

Ret paladins have 300% healing when crit why is why they are so op when you gem crit. Most gem haste here just for gcd/abilities to come off cd but if you play double dps in 2s, I think crit is better.

I do get double procs. xD that's the entire reason I wanted to get to 2.2 - so that I can get double procs. Olba is right. Double dancing steel should be able to proc at the same time. This guy is a high-end PvE player, ranked as one of the highest dps in the world for some of the Siege bosses. He uses double dancing steel, despite having 2.2+. +1 for OP. I only have a limited amount of bloody dancing steel enchants left. Note: Bloody dancing steel grants 1650 strength AND 1650 agility as oppose to either. This does benefit players who use bloody dancing steel over dancing steel slightly, especially warriors since they benefit from strength and the crit increase from the agility (albeit it's almost insignificant, it is a difference).
