The npc which sells the mount is under the ground at the Domination point Krasarang Wilds ** Horde Territory ** You just need to pull the npc out of the ground with ally DK but u need to be exalted to buy it.

You can get the mount in-game easy from the Vendor , same goes for the Hat from the rare mob :D
