That item is supposed to work like that , it will allow you to Kill any Faction But you cant kill him if you use the item too. (Sry for late response internet was Down)

Those are Rated Bg's Titles , and i think that they are implemented already. Its just that people don't play Rated BG's as much as they play Random BG's

The chat was faked , It needs to be Class colored and you need to right click on his name to show the options for inviting / ignore / Whisper / report a player for , etc.

They are already aware that it's bugged but yea it would be fun to do War-Games such as Sub-wars ^_^ +1 For the report :D

I know few people which had the same bug but it fixed it self on its own. Try buying the Scroll which will reset the Archaeology Spots on your map (The Digging sites) Or just wait for server restart.

Rangaros is not scripted , That's all. And ICC mount Drops , You are just Unlucky , My friend was trying to get it over 3 Months , Welcome to his World. And besides , Don't assume something and go here to QQ about it meanwhile you don't know anything about it...

Its prideful gear , and we cant refund stuff from in-game vendors. Just do arenas and buy staff next time. and 1 Hand + Off hand is better than staff anyways... double enchants , more stats , same like Uraganuu said.
