The chat was faked , It needs to be Class colored and you need to right click on his name to show the options for inviting / ignore / Whisper / report a player for , etc.

I know few people which had the same bug but it fixed it self on its own. Try buying the Scroll which will reset the Archaeology Spots on your map (The Digging sites) Or just wait for server restart.

This happened to me few times when i was playing arenas , The enemy team just dies and the arena doesn't end ... its annoying since 1 of teams needs to leave... Hopefully this gets fixed.
