Hello there, I don't know if it is just me but each time i want to transmog my mage, it works. However, when i exit the game and log back on the transmog is gone, am i doing something wrong? Regards.

Today we encountered a Hunter and Shaman, and each time we got the hunter low HP, both my partner and i crashed.... After going against these guys about 3 times, i decided to make a ticket ingame to receive some assistance, about 7-8 hours later i finally got my "response" from a Game Master. http://i.imgur.com/48y5gNQ.jpg Just a suggestion. Hire GM's that can support the English players, we lost alot of rating due to these crashes and as arena players it can get really annoying. Thanks
