Since when is fear broken? I was LITERALLY able to get 2 BURSTED CHAOS BOLTS and a shadowburn without a fear breaking(8sec duration) on both a shaman and a mage. This only happened on people that were off fun realm while i was in any bg or arena. Explanation?
