The XMOG NPC does not seem to work for me, I keep getting this message: Предметы в первом и втором слоте сумки имеют разные типы! I've done everything how it's suposed to be done, but it just won't xmog. And GM's keep replying dumb answers like put in 1st slot, put in 2nd slot, listen I dont have down, I know how it is suposed to work but it doesnt. Would appriciate some help, thx.

I cant log into my account, after I select the realm I get the message: "You have been disconnected from the server", and multiple wow errors, however I can log into my backup account with no problems, so Im wondering if my account is banned? Who do I contact, any english speaking admins? EDIT: Nevermind, I checked the CP and it says "Days before unban, days: 7" so I just want to know the reason my account got banned?
