This will never work on a private server and is stupid as hell. This means whenever you make a new character after 6 months of season you can get him into instant full prideful. Private servers do not need anything like this. Stupid post, del pls.

What the guy says is only half true. If you got expertise hard cap btw is 6%, you can still be dodged and parried. Reason is classes have more that 6% dodge + expertise ratings. Miss on the other hand is truly bugged, you can miss with a melee even with 3.5%+ hitrating. But expertise is semi-okay. Only problem is classes have way more dodge and parry rating then they should. Especially casters who have 5% parry and 5% dodge isntead of 0 parry and 3% dodge. Plate classes have 20%+ parry here they have like 35%+ and agility classes have 15-25% dodge here they have 20-30%. The scaling is bigger. Still. Getting parried by plates and dodged by agility classes will always happen, but with proper expertise ratings you can NEVER get dodged or parried by a caster

Do developers acknowledge reports in forums or they'll just fix them without writing here?

The bug report is about Hit rating nobody care about expertise here. If you want to report it do a different topic for it. Culmilative bug reports result chaos nobody likes that.

2 min cds on the big heal. To heal with ember tap you have to build it, and its definately not going up fast. Only in bgs.

Windfury is working totally fine. Just use it on the offhand, cause on the server mainhand and offhand weapon enchants are switched. It will increase your lava lash damage aswell. The biggest true bug that isnt a global bug (like parry and doge) is our AG heals. Instead of healing just us when alone, it heals all 34252345423523523 players mobs critters and even target dummies around you. This makes our only choice for talent pretty much useless outside arenas (if its hits due to parry and dodge bug lolz).

Stormblast not doing anything only occurs if you macro it in Ascendance. Use it after 1-2 seconds you burst. It will be countered this way sadly, but you can at least use it.

Enhance damage is low, but not that drastically. Some abilities are bugged; LL hits less than it should. Other abilities are fine. I play enhance for 7 years with 4 years of retail experience. Biggest problem is defence ratings. Warriors kill you faster cause they can have more expertise more easily. And parry scales better than dodge. A full prideful warrior has 17 % parry max. Here Griveous plates have from 32-39 (dk's). With even expertise hardcap 30-35% of your special attacks are missed. No wonder you get owned. Especially if both of your stormblasts (mh+oh x2) get parried :) :)

Healthstone glyph is a must. Who doesn't use it doesnt know how to play. Dark regen gives 30% maxhp and 25% heal increase. HS is 20% and with 25% increase its 25% + 30% from dark regen. Thats 55% healing. Glyphed HS gives 40% heal with 25% increase its 50% plus 30% from dark regen thats a 80% heal. With the glyph you heal 25% MAXhp more wich is HUGE.

Okay, I've found the scaling for the spell now. The baseline heal is 15% of your max health. This is increased to 18,6% at baseline mastery (24%) and then further by mastery acquired through gear and buffs. At my level of mastery (49,70%) and HP (394k) it heals for 97330 health. This means that it is affected by the 10% healing increase from Fel Armor. This gives the formula 15*mastery*1,1. In my case: 15 * 1,497 * 1,1 = 24,7005 On the server spell scaling is incorrect. If I have 91,18% mastery, it should heal me for 31,5447% max hp. On the server this healing is only 28,68%. That is 2,8647 % less then my max health 15078,5 healing lost. Adding armors and talents like Dark Regeneration the healing is even less due to scaling. In PVP healing is also reduced by Battle Fatigue nerfing it down even more. Locks need healing a LOT, this is mandatory that this should be fixed.
