A lot of valid reports of my own got refused without any kind of reply, since that is an offence as I've spent time in making them, I think you could have at least spent 2 words about why moving them to the trash. If you haven't planned to fix those NPCs 5.0+ yet, even if the server claims to be 5.4, you could have kept those reports opened, since they were correct.
You can say that fixing Timeless Island is not planned, as it is a 5.4 content and the server is not trully yet at that stage, but you can't approve a report that asks to add an enemy NPC and then spawn it friendly; then approve the 2nd report that asks to make it enemy just to refuse the 3rd report that asks to add the loot to the NPC (not even all the loot, just the most important item that was the reason of the 1st report, obviously). It's like teasing people. So, for instance, when I reported missing loot from the NPCs, I knew it's a matter of 1min edit a loot table in the database: if you didn't want to do that, you could have kept the report for later. Take glyph recipes, 6 aren't dropping in Timeless Island, the others are... just add the 6 missing, it's not a big request, it's not asking to fix treasures, gear caches, timeless coin... Instead you first say that you have checked and that the only NPC that can drop the recipe does, then after a lot of kills I confirm that the NPC isn't lootable and you refuse it.
Anyway it's not Timeless Island what I am speaking about, I took that as example, look also to Isle of Thunder, there there is some kind of loot in the NPCs, but you can't just add 1 single missing item. Or about some rare monsters spread around Pandaria, some are even 5.0, but they are totally missing and the reports went straight to the bin. It's just a bunch of random examples.
So, technical support request: explain me all this in more than 2 words.
