They obviously got key-binds and know to play and you don't.

Shockwave does NOT reduce its cooldown by 20 seconds once it hits 3 or more targets like it says in the tooltip. Tested it in ICC against many mobs.

Dragon roar seems to do low damage in PvP. On the tooltip it says big damage amounts ( around 68k I think) but It very often hits for 30k or 35k ( full proc + avatar ) which is low for such spell. EDIT: doesn't ignore armor
