When a GM talks, there is a prefix "GM"

Well I realized some guy is using his penance glyph ( http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=45756/glyph-of-penance ) behind pillars, so that means Penance is as same thing as Toss, so can a guy be banned for that situation ? -In short words, he casts one charge of Penance in front of pillar then the 2 charges behind pillar which allows him to avoid silence

We are all victims of the PandaWoW Hackers, but after all GMs the PandaWoW Stuff is doing it's best but I would ask you for a favor... - Increase the BAN punishment for EVER, please. Banning someone for 30 days wont do anything they'll start again with it, so I suggest increase the punishment for EVER and no hacker will be there.
