How i vote in all sites. Click on the vote and then there should be buttor "Forced to vote"(or someting like this) if not you click on the start page(on top100 arena) and the find the server you want to vote. Hope it helps! ;)

You can make 1080 videos with the same monitor. You have to record on 1280x720 then with sony vegas you can make it 1080p. At least that worked for me before i buy new monitor i had the same res.
