I'm confused. Penance, why? It doesn't reduce the debuff timer. Only reasy I used Flash heal was to reduce it. I think one thing that might affect it is if you attack someone, then it can be affected, not sure. Nonetheless, it's a bug I'm sure. Also right now shields are affected by critical effects & Grace, which is a pure 30% absorb increase, which is a huge bug. Think it's fixed though, just need to wait for an update.

just to get rid of Weakened Soul quicker. Flash Heal reduces it by 2 seconds

If u have a shield that absorbs 140 k without battle fatigue then someone dps you till theres 10k left, then u refresh it, should it really go back up to 140 k or should it be a shield with only 60-70k absorbs? video:

the difference is pikaboo played sub and not assassa. sub has more cc (oh wow, dance with more stuns... so much cc xD) than assassa, so all you do as sub is to setup and setup, but you have shit dmg. dont need to do jack shit as assassa, i noticed it now actually. RM/x is just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo changed. from my favorite comp to a comp i actually dont enjoy that much anymore. from going in and force cds and pull back and do swaps n shit to train literally 1 guy down with damage. a lot of fun, guys! im actually just excited to see the last season of legion, excited to see how its gonna be. i would be happy to have abilities back to press, that's for sure. rip forever garrote, gouge, shiv & tricks, you will be missed. rip having burst and not sustain dmg. old sublety will be missed

edited my last comment after you quoted me. sure pve can be good, but you cant say pvp is good atm. its wod 2.0, sorry to say it. its nothing new on hating something you know is not fun or good. if legion was good, i wouldnt hate on it. only reason i see the point in playing retail right now is cause of people queueing active 3s. its actually rather sad to see people defending legion. deep inside they know that the game has become retardedly noob friendly (i guess i dont need to talk about auto bubble, holy wrath 1 shot, hybrids able to outheal other dps classes, counterstrike totem, demo locks with 200 pets + doom curse (or w/e its called) ticking for 400k, able to crit 800-1000k, train one target hoping to win, aka turbo cleave tactic... list goes on.) every expansion has its cons and pros, but legion pvp is trash. its beyond trash actually. its weird how everything before wod was good. i guess they just changed too much.

how can people think its not? tell me whats good about it. * blizzard forcing ppl to do shit they dont want (quests/pve to get gear) * class balance is awful (dont give me this shit "its the first season". look at wod, the whole expansion was dog) * people running in just doing dmg, doesnt need cc. ok, a kidney or a hoj is all you need, no longer cross cc, kek. what happend with having a setup? a good cross cc? what is good, exactly? only thing i like about legion is that you have more talent options (honor talents & artifact talents) i swear, people get paid to give positive feedback on the game i guess having fun is one thing, but the game is at least not good in pvp right now, and i highly doubt its gonna be so much better in the upcoming seasons.
