Hiorishu is the type of guy who believe his friends are more important than others. Let me put it simple. He's not the type for the job. His mutes were too extreme. Saying "you're a bad moderator" or "shit player" you'd get muted for 240 minutes. That's too harsh and that's one of the reasons why he got fired. He simply abused his power in every single way possible. He should stick to reporting bugs cause that's what he can. You can't give mod to random people being fake. Wowbeez aka the server i played on before this (server is down) we had this forum moderator who was really nice and was super helpful with everything. He was actaully just perfect. But I knew he'd apply for staff position cause of his good actions. You can compare that guy with Furmetal. I even called it out that Furmetal would apply for staff position. No one would ever report every single bug he/she comes across on Pandawow when you know they barely listen to the English community. Russians -> International players. He was too kind as well.
