this exactly, for using alt+f4 to not lose rating. abusing pve gear isn't bannable cause its fun realm (hence why ppl left it and went x100 xD...). he shouldn't get banned, a GM should simply just reset his rating, that's it. afterall, I thought they wanted fair winners in the top bracket, but i guess im wrong. cheaters shouldnt get titles, should they?

it's hidden of course. just check for yourself when you use finishers. use shadow blades, sprint & redirect, then you keep using 5 combo point eviscerates. you'll see you'll reduce the CD of those spells. it also goes for assassination, it goes for every spec, that's the bug. it's a hidden bug that i found out about
