Remove all add-ons, then check ur fps: - go down ur list of addons 1 by 1 so that you have only 1 addon at a time e.g. omnicc (check if it affects ur fps if not deactivate it and try the rest, if it does remove it) rinse and repeat for all ur addons. if this isnt the case, you may need a pc upgrade.

Try removing ur armour deleting cache. buying the same armour again (well its tyran ur not losing much) and equipping it :)
