It is indeed bugged, but I don't agree with that 10/10 priority, specially here that is a PvP focused server. Just saying.

In your situation, it is because you left an arena(repair?) and you had to wait ~~20 minutes, because the system were flagging you as if you were on an arena/BG, thus on 20 minutes it would automatically end(20 minutes or so). In this dude's situation, it is becausing he's probably using a different client. Does this happen on all accounts?

My main account was banned for telling a dude to use CE. It is a violation of the rule 2.28. Unfair, yet it has banned a lot of people. Also, there was no need to be rude, I'm trying to make you avoid getting banned.

It's bannable for saying that you can use it for tmogging or anything, but it isn't bannable using it for mogging. Therefore, edit your comment.

No it won't because the NPCs would have to be added to each dungeon's gate, and I'm sure that the staff doesn't know all the dungeons and their gates, classifying which of them is bugged or not. With .gm on you have the opportunity to trigger events manually(like opening gates), they could just add this, it would be way easier and more general. But they won't.
