I'm curious.. i report people but i don't get any answers or a sign of gratitude for trying my best to improve the community and gaming experience for the whole server.. will he get a penalty of some sort or?

I joined a RBG and ended up in Isle of Conquest, after that i noticed some people yelling so i took a look at Overlord Agmar. Then i saw he was being hit through the wall so I healed Overlord Agmar up. Then the monk decided to peel Overlord Agmar again and teleport to the other side of the wall where i got a screenshot off. After that Overlord Agmar was at the other side of the wall aswell so I decided to go to the hangar and stop Enitia from killing Overlord Agmar. Once i arrived on the roof where Enitia was killing Overlord Agmar i managed to take a screenshot of her using a fly hack. Dear Panda's, The stat priority for a frost mage is haste>crit>mastery right? If not please correct me. :) Secondly; I've tested ice lance on a frozen target with full griev and several parts of prideful and i hitted 30k ( no procs nothing ) I did the same at a guy who had NO gear on.. i hitted the same 30k on him. Now my question is: Resilience DOESN'T work so should i focus on full pve gear? and if so should i buy the PVE SET or random pve items? because the PVE set for mage is arcane based :/ Thanks in advance!
