In every proc chanced enchant, it says it should only proc by healing or doing damage. The problem is they proc with buffing. Example: A mage gets Lightweave Embroidery proc activated when he buffs up Arcane Brilliance. A Paladin gets Bloody Dancing Steel / Dancing Steel enchant proced when he buffs up, when it clearly says the proc should activate only by a melee attack. This is only two examples with two classes, it is the same with every other magic buff class such as Mage/Priest/Lock/Druid/Paladin/Shaman. 3.How it must work. The enchants should NEVER proc by buffing yourself up. Again, in the tooltip it says it should only be activated by a healing or damage done, NOT buffing yourself up. 4.Date when you tested it. 16/08/2017 5.Realm (x100/x5/Fun). xFun 6.Priority of the problem. I summon a treant on my party parthner, and the treant starts healing someone way too away that is full hp. (in WPVP, Elwynn Forest, not in a BG) They should stick to your target
