I got 600(the max level) yes i tryed with engineering mastery at SW nad in IF too.

I repaired,i deleted and i got the engineering but,i still dont know why i cant learn goblin engineering,i didnt learned gnomic engineering its so strange,when i go to engineering master,i dont see the quest for goblin or gnomic,i got it bug i dont know what i need to do.(Sorry for my bad english)

Today i was in playing in game, i had tailoring and blacksmithing, i wanted to change blacksmithing to engineering and when i forget blacksmithing i cant learn another professions,i cant learn nothing and i just have tailoring at this moment,i try relog,repair but nothing work,please help me :/.
