Touch of death should hit what ever your remaining health is and +1 damage, if you're low HP with a monk cocoon or huge shield it should do all the shield absorb + remaining hp +1 damage, but if you have Guardian it should do the remaining HP +1 damage and proc your guardian spirit back to 50% hp

It has been like this for months and months, although the thing which has happened recently is the radius of the lightwell, it is consuming feathers as far away as 15 yards or so, it is very annoying.
