shouldn't it amplify only damage of critical strikes, and not the stat itself?

I think that it's not a bug, you are supposed to refresh them in order to increase their damage

so, the most important glyph doesnt work, our shields are also broken, cold snap bugged, bomb spells too, set bonus doesnt work, ivocation´s bugged... okay, so almost whole class is bugged but never mind! we have almost working throne of tunder on pvp server! icc buff was fixed! hooray! seriously do someting! how can be such glyph as this one bugged for 4 months?! do the at least read this??
