I've been testing on dummy for 30mins on my rogue, didn't get double proc even once. By the way, Nemifest your "second" is quite long. :)

Also check this video, it is from 5.4.8 retail and this rogue gets double dancing steel proc @18m29s. What is more, @2m54s he shows that he is using double dancing steel.

It is a shame that this bug wasn't fixed for more than 4 months...

First of all, if you report a bug you are supposed to bring a proof that something isn't working as intentended, not me. Secondly, I am using it because it is the only expertise trinket I have and according to spreadsheet it is the best out of trinkets I have. I know that you have no clue what spreadsheet is since your PVE (and sub rogue) knowledge is close to 0, so I will explain, spreadsheet is program helping you to establish which items are the best for your spec. No more responses from me, this item was fixed and is proccing as intended, deal with it.

How it must work: Wrathion should appear near Niuzao and Chi-Ji, you should be able to get all the blessings. Wrathion should spawn properly at the Seat of Knowledge, so quest could be completed.
