Your guide is nice but...the "Anti Skype resolver" is not right.. this is the old method.
"1. On Skype, click Tools, then go to Options.
2. A new interface will show up. Navigate to Advanced, then click on Connection.
3. Use port 32535 for incoming connections.
4. Check "Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections."
5. Select "HTTPS" from the dropdown menu.
6. Put the Host as 127.0.0.1 and the Port as 40031.
7. Uncheck "Enable Proxy Authentication" if it is checked.
8. Uncheck "Enable uPnP" if it is checked.
9. Check "Allow direct connections to your contacts only."
that is not all...
Go Windows Firewall -> Block the port ( 32535 ) TCP and UDP
It works only on a windows PC and when you use only skype on the windows PC.
