Problem of nickname with other character

The game add Electra not Electrä. He write Electrä but the game add Electra. -
Hi, i have make a wizard (actually lvl 85) named Electrä, but my friends, when he try to add me in this contact list, the game add "Electra" in the contact list and no "Electrä". Today, i have send goldens coins to Electrä with my main & other characters (Suigetsu, Nyndra, Reïna) and the goldens coins are not received. Good day.
