To get at the point that people think u used shitty stuff to gain muscle but u just don't.
I've been almost 5 years doing home bodyweight+cufflink exercises, its all about time+constancy, something that people don't use to have because they say "someday i will train" and someday is not a day of the week, just go for it, stay constant and keep making progress among the time, the constancy+time is the clue 100%, not shitty products that make more dmg to your body than benefit.
If u think that steroids and shitty stuff is the only way, is just because u never tryed to push ur limits and to have constancy on your training (if u even tried).
Challenge yourself, and stop using excuses, thats the point.
