My arguments are that there is no where an oficial mechanic info made by blizzard saying that it should work how u mean, i searched for what u say about mechanic and no where says that.. this work 100% i tested it right now 3.How it must work: It should give 3 additional charges. --> this work, the problem is that u don't see the charges u have, u just see the debuff with 0 charges, but u can do 6 spells to 2 targets with the gliph
