Enchant is still there, but if he does not have Engineering, he cannot use it. So basicly its not a visual bug, you can have it but you can't use it. Example, if you have Cloud Serpent and you don't have Cloud Serpent Riding, you cannot use it. So conclusion, it is still there but you cannot use it. I don't think this thread is valid.

Nope, you don't need reputation, he just attacked hordie and these goblins/vendor passed from neutral to enemy, that is the reason they attack him. Just get out of combat for couple of minutes, don't attack horde and they should return back to neutral.

Yeah, this means you should cage your inner beast and heal it with those resto druid skills.

Did you run any additional tests? Or you just think they lost 5% haste, because if they "fix" it and add 5% haste which they shouldn't, Shamans will be even more broken :D
