It is, and will forever be bugged. You cannot re-learn goblin nor gnomish engineering on a character if you already had either goblin or gnomish. This is, unfortunately, a Russian-hosted server.

If you know where Zul'Farrak entrance is, you should probably just farm the mobs either outside of the entrance (trolls), or the mobs inside. They have a very high drop rate of that item, and I have been using that method to get it if i wanted it. :)

Hello, I recently purchased a gender / name change, and after I purchased a faction change, but i can't get the faction change before the name change will complete, but i doesn't fucking work... Well, nice to know. And yes, some people actually just goes waaay to far to sell a character, it's not like it's the first time i've been scammed trying to buy a character, with the lies of amount of conquest, mounts, gear etc...

Hello, I've been talking to an "ex gladiator" toon who is selling his war, but when i asked him about the title he told me it somehow dissapeared, and he got the title in S14. I'm currently having a kind o' same issue atm.. When I'm trying to cast a spell / ability / mount and stuff, I get siiick lagg / latency problems. My MS and FP's shows the normal amount I got when I'm playing also, but I don't get the problem otherwise. I must agree 100%, I don't feel like it should be legal. I would vote for them to fix it because, just look at raou's and Jugalo's score? It's fkin retarded? It should be fixed, End of Story.
