I don't know what the really big deal is, if you want 2 chaos bolts you will get them since you have 3stacks at the time your first one finishes... but yea could be adressed easy maybe ( after real bugs got fixed )

Priority: 3/10 (scared lel) It is something that would be nice to get fixed because on max range it has a delay of 0.5-0.7 seconds (+latency->kicking soul of the forest clones etc....) depending of the movement of both players, BUT, however, I rather have this bug ingame than fucking up the ability again to the worse eventhough it is kinda huge in rare scenarios.... Yea cone is minor agreed, but by your logic havoc CS would be a 3/10 aswell. ^^

I like it here, it's far from perfect, but they try and offer the best MoP experience overall. If you don't bring any friends you will have a hard time here i'd say however.
