Na man cause garrosh is not even implemented on normal yet, and to unlock heroic you must kill garrosh hellscream on normal first, only up to siegecrafter has been added we have 2 more bosses left before we can do heroic, then again they still have to add heroic loot and implement heroic abilitys.

This dungeon does work I dont know why it did not give you the achievement or loot but I have received loot and achievement check here http://imgur.com/a/0EB9K and they wont give items to players, if you`re playing horde message me ingame Wuvius and I can help you get what you need and get the achievment.

Well people like dark hate get stuck on hard bosses like this so I have to teach them somehow, or else they will bug abuse and then brag about it, for real though people like watching PVE content so I uploaded it and people would like to see how my guild does it and there is not much fire mage POV videos ( not that alot of people play fire here only the good people that have a brain do in PVE ). Does anyone know if http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5019/shoot should put your other spells on a GCD, as I am using one and it just stops my fireball mid cast and casts this spell, and even if i right click a target my wand does not attack but puts my spells on a 1-3 second GCD.

This wont be added because siegecrafter is not implemented yet.

Well the x100 server is more PVE Imo now there is not really any good people at PVP on x100 anymore.
