It's Mak'Gora, a duel to death. Before your brother accept the duel he received a warning message that in case of losing the duel, the character will die permanently and also wrote "I accept" in the box so the duel to death can begin.
There is no possible way to resurrect your character. Maybe in the next holidays, administration will be generous and it will revive all dead characters (like it happened on last holidays).

There is no connection between those players (no alt accounts). If you manage to catch them online, you can record some games and we can see ourselfs if there is any suspicious activity going on.

The player deleted his character probably to avoid punishment but I managed to find him anyway and he is now banned for, intentionally entering in a battleground with no gear. Ruining the game play.

I have been spectating this player for several days and I did not manage to catch him afking. If you see him afking, make sure to record him for at least 1 minute in two different battlegrounds so we can be sure that he is breaking the rules.

On topic: I recorded one of the players you reported, Ontourage. I caught him afking multiple times in few BGs therefore I issued a 3d ban. Regarding the priest, Кошкамур. I spectated him as well but he was not afking, he just left one BG exactly when it started which is not bannable but I will keep an eye on him in case he will try to mess around and intentionally not fight in a BG.

So you are now providing a single screenshot of a player leaving the game which is not bannable of course.

What does that mean? Several screenshots from different BGs, not only one you just provided and scoreboard pictures again from several battlegrounds that those characters sit there for several minutes and do nothing. So you can screenshot him for example at the beginning of BG to prove when he joined and few screenshots in the middle of BG doing nothing, scoreboard pictures with timestamps so I can confirm that he is sitting for minutes and doing nothing.
What I mean with timestamps? The classic timestamps which can be enabled at chat or

Cutted screenshots are not acceptable. Also, even if I confirm that those players have the same IP address it doesn't mean that it's one person behind those accounts. I would need several screenshots from different BGs that those players leave, do not deal any damage and heal etc.

Developers already Implemented on xfun new currency "Echoes of Battle". It is available by completing PvP quests and winning or losing battlegrounds (depending on how many bases/flags you capped).
Green chest 75 Echoes of Battle.
Blue chest 250 Echoes of Battle.
Purple chest 1000 Echoes of Battle.
Transmogrification NPCs at xfun now sell items for honor+Echoes of Battle.
Also. after server restart both winning and losing team will have the opportunity to receive Echoes of Battle+conquest points. As I described above, there is a formula which reward even losing teams depending on how hard they fought and if they were close to win the battleground, of course there will no be rewards for losing teams that they did not manage to cap not even once a flag or have claimed 200/1600 bases for example.
