Hello, can you provide a screenshot of the error and how it happens so we can figure out the problem? Can you try disable all your addons and let us know if the issue still persists?

It's not a bannable violation. If you are bored and you do not want to wait use /forfeit command. On the other hand if you do not waste your time you would not duel a player as a healer neither you would create such report.

We do not accept reports for chat violations in forum.
Gay does not count as an insult but the specific player can get punished for harassing you (logging with different characters and whispering you if you already added him at your ignore list) so report him in game and we will look at your reports there.

So as you described yourself such system could be easily abused by any player. In every death from a mob everyone will claim that he got disconnected and hard core challenges will not have any meaning.
As I said the other day, if you die due to a significant bug we will resurrect your character as long as you provide valid proofs and developers confirm the importance of the bug.
No further discussion is needed for this suggestion, the off topic sadly appeared once again.

On the other hand, you accepted a duel to death with a naked character and you did not thought that it is a trap? Is it reasonable that someone is level 90, naked and challenges another player to duel to death?
You just did not think twice and you accepted the duel because you thought it will be an easy win.
What the player did, might not be ethically correct but we are not a church, this is Pandawow. This is not a violation of server rules neither it is a valid reason to ressurect your character.

It's Mak'Gora, a duel to death. Before you accept the duel you received a warning message that in case of losing the duel, the character will die permanently and you also wrote "I accept" in the box so the duel to death can begin.
There is no possible way to resurrect your character.

Hello, you are trying to connect to PTR which is only accessable to staff members.
Either configure authorization in the launcher or remove the line with the realm name in the Wtf/config.wtf file.
Also, another thing you can do is when you will log in with your account and you will see messages "authenticating", "connecting" etc. click really fast at cancel button and it will transfer you to the realm list, from there you will be able to select a different realm.

Thank you for your report. The developers checked it and indeed it was bugged, the fix will be applied tommorow morning. We could resurrect your character since it died due to a bug but as I see the character got deleted.
Also, I am informing the community that in cases that the players will inform administration about bugs related to hard core characters, and their characters die due to a significant bug, we will be able to ressurect those characters after our developers will confirm the bug and players will provide evidences that they got encountered the "X bugged mob".

Because the other player made a proper in game report in game and you didn't. In order I get a proof of your chat log in my screen, you must file a report in game so I can mute the players who offend you. Remember that we accept reports for chat violations only in game, not in forum.

Not according to rules. Also, the screenshots do not prove much. I need several screenshots from scoreboard so we can be sure that the other character is not fighting at all in BG. Even same IP in a single BG doesn't mean anything, since the player can state that it was him and his brother who were playing for example.
