In non burst i dont use feestering strike becouse it make your runes gone fast,it's better use chains of ice example for generate more runic power,about blood tap necro, sometimes runes got buged and got cd, eldkpujo reported it, you can chek it, i wanted add that macro too, im using it atm, but sometiems get buged and i don't wanted to put it in guide, anyway i don't writed some times becouse my english suck and i can't not explain , i gonna complete it all
