Это странно, когда некоторые пользователи имеют права создавать репорты без причины, иногда возможно даже банить или давать мут по липовым репортам. Я считаю правила едины для всех. Почему "International Technical Support" "Nemifest" не хочет соблюдать правила? Наоборот такого рода пользователи должны гораздо более серьёзно чтить правила и призывать к соблюдению остальных пользователей. Предлагаю лишать такого рода титула пользователей, которые не соблюдают правила сами и поощряют несоблюдение правил других пользователей.
