i said 40-50k cause i meant to add that if you have 5 debuffs, it should be like that. lets say you have 100k hp each debuff removed you're healed for 10k (10%). 5 debuffs = 50% (50k) outside of BF. with BF its 60% less = which is 30000, right? so if you have 5 debuffs, you should be healed for 30000 with BF each debuff should grant you 6k HP with BF. 5 x 6000 = 30000 cant focus right now, a little tried, but hope you got the point. probably repeated the same as you lol

ill see if i can find more links, but its hard. ill update the report and this comment once i find somehting and its 10% of ur maximum health. if you have 100k hp, it should be 40-50k in pvp zones like battlegrounds and arenas (bit unclear on that part cause BF is 60%, but ill see what i can find)
