First: I don't know you and your situation. I don't care who play on your account. But I see topic with complaint and see that Zilius done all by rules. Read them. What I see in complaint: player have chinese (or japanese) name and speak russian in chat. It's not a google translate. Russian haven't chinese letters on keyboard. And we have rule: player speaking russian with alt-code in the name will be muted. It's not fobidden to speak russian, it's forbidden to use these nicknames if you speak russian in the game. Idk why this rule work only with russian speaking players. It's not my rule and it's not my opinion. Second: We don't ban people for transmogrification. It's not my opinion, it's administrator's rule. But we ban people if they use cheats and recommended to other players to use cheats (Nyah know what I mean). It's not my own words, it's administrator's words and we just quote them everytime. It's not my rule and not my opinion too. If you want ask Zilius, his opinion - write to him pm. But he speak english worse than I. Better to say, he almost don't speak english.
