I came back with a similar issue before where the character that i bought had a whole bunch of games played and like 2 rating. Well when i got the message backed that it can't be reset i was like okay i guess maybe the arena rating will eventually be reset. So i went to do my cap on Thursday and finished it, and after i did it i found out that on Friday when the cap reset mine didn't reset and i think it has something to do with the fact that my character has a broken rating since it has probably over 1800-1900 games played and only 1462 rating atm and about 200 of the games i have played doesn't show up so its says i only have like 1646 which i have like 1792 wins or something according to other people. So i bought a character that i thought would be a great idea, but it turns out that the rating is 2 and the games played are like 1601 so i was wondering if there is anyway i can get the games played reset. i think that who ever owned the character payed for a rating reset and it didn't reset the games played i think this is unfair and it should be reset please fix this thank you :D

I think resto druids are doing way too mch dmg in cat form with heart of the wild up my partner got killed in approximately 2-3 seconds from a resto druid in cat form i think restos are doing way to much dmg in cat form with hard of the wild up they are already healers and don't need the dmg. i think it's unfair that they have lots of dmg enough to kill someone as fast as a dps can as a healer can you please fix resto druid's heart of the wild cat form dmg thank you :)

I just recently logged on today and realized that cap didn't reset like it is supposed to on mondays for me and that was a real let down i didn't know if something went wrong with your guy's system or something but could you please reset the conquest/ arena cap whatever you want to call it, but it would be amazing if you guys could fix it by today thank you :)

i have a problem where i was looking on your site to buy bonuses and i saw there was many options including gamestop gift cards so i was like ok for christmas if i get a card i'll use it but when it came around christmas time and now i have $50 in gamestop cards i wanted to use that payment method is now gone and also you have a help option where players can choose to email for a payment method they would like to see and that option isn't working so i thought i would message you guys this way. thanks if you can help :)
