This only happens when you enter garroshes heroic phase ( which is bugged ) when they update the server this will be fixed, but for now you just have to acquire your pets again and dismiss ur pet before you get sent into an intermission if there is not an update by the next time you fight Garrosh. There is nothing we can do about this, only moan at them to update the server and it will be fixed.
