Yeah, should be something like 14 or 12 not quite sure either.

When you use serenity, flash heal, greater heal to reset the duration of renew it should also increase the duration of the entire renew to 12 seconds not 10.

Big burst, chain cc and defensives are the criterias for being a t1 comp, so basically every comp is t1? Jungle was the only comp feral could play.
