If you're an English speaking player then you shouldn't get punished for having an alt code something to do with language packet, if you have an alt code with Russian language the text messes up or something.

When the multistrike effect procs, and you get out of combat and change the trinket the multistrike part still works / carries on attacking your target without the trinket equipt. 3. Healing part is fixed in duels. However the totem itself moves and follows the caster when attacked which should not happen the totem should stay still.

Something got messed up with the totem it self now. It is giving really low mana at the moment it is not doing the total amount of spirit it is only doing the small number in the middle as you will see below. At the moment is only effecting the "184" and not the "15,599" part. The totem will only give 200% of your base mana which is in this case "15,599" which it is not doing.
