there is another problem on mages when you buy a mage from ally and transfer to horde your shrine teleport and portals still teleporting for alliance shrine after transfer repair doesnt work repair talents also didnt work.. would be nice if they fixed this problem.

I do not understand what you're trying to say, I know that in the game the skill is with 41.4s cooldown. the more I think it's wrong 45% of 60 seconds is not 18.6s. on other private servers and the retail version has always been 33seconds

when i say "increases the cooldown recovery rate of six of your major abilities by 45%" is what trinket is showing on green and 45% of 60 seconds isn't 18,6 seconds
