I'm glad to see my ticket helped you, unfortunately for now we've got only russian section for suggestions. Nevertheless you can post any in-game suggestion there too. So next time do it in that section, ok? Also, whenever you have troubles with the navigation of non-international part of website, you can try to use Google Page Translation, just paste the address of the forum into the textarea and translate the website from russian to english. Now you've got to wait for the admin to check this thread and share the decision with you. Regards :)

I understand that it's cuz of hack, but we can not be 100 percent sure, cuz no one knows how much time has gone since the BG msg was posted. If you had the time frame visible we could be sure - the flag is captured with a hack. Ok, just wait for GM or Admin.

If you have an error code then try to google the solution using it, otherwise, I guess, you've got to reinstall WoW. You may try to delete "cache" folders, but I don't believe it helps you. If you don't want to download the whole game, you're able to start playing just using PandaWoW archive. Just unzip it and run PandaWoW.exe, in that case the game will be downloading dynamically, while you are playing. Don't delete your current WoW before you're 100% sure you're able to play with new one. Regards :)

The administration is going to open it soon, but we dunno the exact time. They've got some international support staff, but not enough at the moment. They are still recruiting english-speaking staff, so just keep calm and wait, regards :)
