Tested on the FUN server to the date 07.10.2014 Spell name:http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=109175 How it is bugged: The shadow specialization version of this talent is bugged: it has way more than 5% chance to reset the cd of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=8092 and make it istant for 12 seconds. How it should work: As the tooltip says, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=589/shadow-word-pain ticks should have a 5% chance to trigger the talent effect. Priority 10/10, as with several istant http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=8092 a shadow priest can get its main ressource backed up in seconds, getting way more ccs (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=64044) and burst (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=2944) than normal, to the point of being op. In fact currently you can see Shadow priests simply walking around without casting a single spell and spamming http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=2944 to oneshot everything in range.
