  1. I've been on this server since 2 months ago and I had the time to experience nearly everything on here: I leveled, geared, done pvp and pve. So I feel capable to make a comment on the state of the project realm x100. Part I: comparsion of PvP and PvE on the realm Actually the development is going well, but since many people asked about new PvP season gear, I want to express my personal opinion: the PvP gears are already too advanced for what the PvE can offer right now. I explain my self: for all classes & specs (but for DK/paladin/warrior tank specs) on the currently state of the project the PvP gears can totally substitute the PvE ones. Blizzard made it in a way that the item level (ilv) of PvE was higher than the one form PvP, but here isn't so. Right now Honor Points buy ilv498, while Justice Points ilv489 and the top raids give only ilv496 on normal difficulty; Conquest Points with a base cap of 2200 buys ilv522, same ilv that Valor Points give for PvE but with a blocked cap of 1000. How should it be? With the Tyrannical-Grievous season (patch 5.4) we should be able to get at least the 5.2 PvE gears, which are ilv522 from the raid Throne of Thunders. Part II: state of the PvE [spoiler=Avaiable Pandaria raid status] Mogu'Shan Vaults: not many people care of this, drops ilv489 at normal difficulty. Normal has issues on all bosses, the 2nd and the 3rd may even totally ignore the fight (evade status), as well as the 4th if not pulled in the correct way. Sometimes the bosses does not drop the loot. Heart of Fear: drops ilv496 on normal difficulty. Someone said there is a way to do the 1st boss, but anyway his attacks are not working propelly, making the raid a pain and bringing the party to death. Same goes for all other bosses. Trash mobs don't drop anything but gold. Terrace of Endless Spring: drops ilv496 on normal, ilv509 on heroic. Normal has 4/4 bosses, is totally possible to do; Heroic has 2/4 bosses. Protectors of the Endless - Normal: possible, I still haven't tried all the orders but is the best scripted boss of this raid, people uses Regail-Kaolan-Asani, which isn't the easiest, but works. Heroic: impossible, the heroic debuff Corrupted Essence is not given to the 2 raiders closest to the killed add, but to random raid members. Tsulong - Normal: no phases, possibility of running back inside even if during the fight, drops raid finder ilv483 even at 10n difficulty. Heroic: does not spawn. Lei Shi - can be reached by avoiding the fight with the other 2 bosses. Normal: does not attack and does not lock to the instance once killed, making it farmable. Heroic: fighting strongly but his heroic ability is not scripted and so the boss stops fighting at the first attempt to cast it. Sha of Fear - Normal: does not deal damage making the fight incredibly easy, while his little minions deal much. Drops ilv483 raid finder even if in 10n, sometimes one or two items have correct ilv. Heroic: does not spawn. [spoiler=World Bosses state] General issue: someone from outside the party can keep taunting the world boss and steal at certain HP valors the boss away from the original raid party. We call this ninja-taunting and is something that people keep doing on purpouse and is extremely hard to report/prove with only screenshots. Salyis's Warband: easy and clean, no general issues on this. Sha of Fear: if moved too much the boss resets, it's really too easy lose this boss due to ninja-taunting. Nalak: the fight itself is possible, the boss is bugged: he keeps going under the terrain (and if he dies there the only way to get the loot is by pulling there another mob, killing it and saying thanks to the AoE loot). He also have the issue to reset randomly if moved in the directions of the corners of the area but not if moved up to the stairs (which are farther). The loot table is not correct. [spoiler=Some of World PvE] Rare Mobs: not all are spawning, for the ones who spawns the timer is not Blizzard-like, it is incredible increased. Mostly of Pandaria ones have the correct loot table, but this isn't so for Isle of Thunder (only 2 drop nearly the correct loot) or Timeless Island (no rare mob drops loot). Isle of Thunder: the island is not scripted: is not possible advance and unlock all the zones. Some quests are working and is actually possible getting exalted with Alliance and Horde faction (with both of them at the same time). Only 1 quest of Shado-Pan Assault can be completed: Secrets in the Isle of Thunder, Shan'ze Ritual Stone from Goda and God-Hulk Ramuk. The portal to leave this island is not working. Timeless Island: the island is not scripted: mobs drop only gold or inscription recipes; rare mobs don't drop anything. Some quests are working and are currently used to get VP easily. Timeless Coins bought items does not work, in particular if used for Timeless Plate Armor Chace or similars it is wasted. It is not possible to get Censer of Eternal Agony, necessary to get Blood Coins. Reward items from quests does not work too (IE: Book of the Ages). Professions: Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and Its Uses and similar hardly drop, do not teach new recipes and disappear on relog. Notes on Lightning Steel does not drop. Not all relics are spawning and the respawns timers need a checkup. I spent more words in what is higher ilv since we care more on those items and since is what need to be improved to balance the actual PvP ilv. All this section Part II was the introduction I needed for my Part III, I tried to summarize all and to focus on the most important things. Part III: Suggestions Shado-Pan Assault is a faction necessary right now for PvE, otherwise is actually impossible getting the few and not top ilv522 items. Since for PvP is easy and fast getting ilv522 items, the realm needs an help on letting people get at least friendly with Shado-Pan Assault: make Shan'ze Ritual Stone drop from all rares there and from Arcane Trove/Sunreaver Bounty. Right now people have to buy a badge for 30 bonuses on the website to get friendly. Would be of help also letting people do the Challenge mode of instances in Pandaria (of which I didn't talk about due to low ilv drops), since that mode would allow do to quests with the actually not spawning challengers for heroic chace of treasures (ilv516) and VP. Fix a bit Timeless Island: make Timeless Coins drop from the mobs; make the tokens and the caches drop, so we can get ilv496 and also ilv535 items (trinkets in particular, like Alacrity of Xuen). Over ilv463 the professions are worthless, even ilv450 to be fair: we need the possibility to discover the higher level recipes (very expensive but ilv553 PvE items and also PvP ilv476 as starter items before battlegrounds). Since some of the rare mobs drop really important items that help the PvE, maybe fixing them would be of help too. Add the PvE ilv522 items to the Nalak loot table. Also oondasta may help the PvE his ilv522 items drop. As from Part I, I remark that we should at least have Throne of Thunder and relative Scenario working to compete a bit with the current PvP gears. Still we will need a fully working Siege of Ogrimmar to compete with the PvP Season 16. Also because a good PvPer does not need new gears to play more: once geared he competes with people with the same ilv to show what he can do; I know, new gears make people play for an additional target, but what true PvPers want more is not new gear, is spells and bug fixed to play fairly. With all this I want to express my congratulation to the server for the work done, I really enjoy playing here, and I hope we will get some working PvE of the correct ilv before the new PvP season, thanks for reading my thoughts.
