Hello, I would like to report a problem that I had and would like a refund of credits regarding the page I bought a set of objects for 200 credits, the name of the set is "Магматические латы" which in English means "Magma Plated Battlearmor". The thing is that when I enter the game, I find that they gave me the blue set (that set I had it for a long time ...) which I expected to be given the red as described by the product, I investigated in wowhead and such And I assumed that I would have to have the red set ... I hope you help me with this, I really feel quite frustrated and disappointed about it. And sorry for my writing in English, I'm Spanish.

Good night. My problem is that I used to have Crown Of Eternal Winter on my char but after I uninstalled the game (because I needed to study) and installed it again I don't have it anymore, I want please the Crown Of Eternal Winter back please I don't want the points I just want the item back I hope some GM could help, and if you need the screenshot proving that i used to have the item i can send.
