Problem with jewelcrafting

i have a problem with jewelcrafting

i cant rise it from 530

i do jewels and jewels and i cant rise it, i know there is a problem because the jewel is in red to make it

its probably bugged :(

can you help me? my character's name is Sbne the realm is x10

Also try to do gray stuff that since it also can give you levels.
