Return quest that were lost due to the change of faction. Changes PvP items that don't match your faction. This NPC is located in Dalaran near the flight master. What can he help you with: Achievements 1. Click on Try to complete broken achievement. 2. In the window that opens, enter the achievement ID - ID is the numbers at the end of the achievement link http://db.pandawow.me?achievement=4899 -you can take it also from http://wowhead.com/, or you can also download an addon called Overachiver. It can show ID on achievements. If the achievement cannot be obtained at the moment, then the NPC will not help, even if the criteria are met. Quests after the faction change 1.
