Lost items from gbank

I deposited some Truesilver Shafted Arrows and after the afternoon's server crash of 5 only 3 are there.

 

You can see from the logs that 5 arrows were deposited and 0 taken: bank log

Here you can see the tab with only 3 arrows displayed: tab screen

 

Edit: after the daily restart I've lost other 2 truesilver shafted arrows (I've added a 4th to the 3 remaning after the previous bug and now there are only 2) and a deviate hatchling from the guild bank. I moved these last 2 remaning to Morphosis' personal bank to avoid losing them too...

 

Edit2: another restart, another painful relog... here the list

20/60 living steel (to make it safe I made 3 auctions and removed them, but 2 of the 3 mails said "item not found" and they got lost)

4/7 truesilver shafted arrow (complessive count with the previous reports in, of which 2 are in my personal bank for safety)

2/4 imperial silkworm

2/3 imperial moth

0/1 deviate hatchling

0/1 captured firefly

0/1 yu'lon kite

2/1 personal world destroyer (visual bug probably)

2/1 azure whelpling (visual bug probably)

I checked all the character's banks and all the bags, still nothing, I hope you'll fix this soon.
