I would like to know what addon this person use.

It can possibly be poweraura classic, if that is the case can anyone explain how to configure it like this?

It is called ExtraCD. At least, I'm using ExtraCD, and it looks the exact same. Try this: http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/extracd

I think it's definitely ExtraCD. If you download it, please make sure that you download the 5.4.8 version :)

Completely not true, it is not. However, you can do it with TMW too, but it's hard and time consuming. Just download extracd, it's the exact same thing. It will automatically detect every kind of internal cd, and show it just like that.
