Slice and Dice speed Bug and enchantemt wind song

Skill/Spell: Slice and Dice (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5171/slice-and-dice) and Wind song (http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=74723/enchant-weapon-windsong)

Slice and Dice gives a % increased attack speed.

Wind song when procs, have a chance to increase critical, or haste, or mastery.

 

How the test done:

Skill tested on Dummies. I started hitting the dummie with hemmo to take the needed combos. Current speed without any trinket and other skills 1.50 and haste 10.49 (first photo).

Windsong enchantment made a proc and gives haste increase.(photo 2) but attack speed from 1.50 went to 1.45 and haste increased to +14.97.

When windsong fades, i used the slice and dice (photo 3) but as you can see the haste is increased to +277.14 but speed is lowered to 0.91.

As haste says: increasing attack speed and energy regen. The energy regen is confirmed but i cannot say the same for attack speed which in both cases is lower.

Just for your information, attack speed means how long it takes to attack again. So with lower number you attack more often.
